Yellow Webinars

As part of Yellow’s promise to help businesses succeed, I was asked to help set up free educational webinars for our small business customers.

Strategy?

Find a reliable software solution to use, develop a comms plan to roll out, partner with credible speakers and launch Yellow Webinars to the world.

Result?

We partnered with Google for the first webinar, teaching businesses about the Path to Purchase (how people search online before buying stuff).

Within 48 hours of the invite being sent we had 84 RSVPs. RSVPs continue to increase incrementally as the series progresses. The webinars have also resulted in a number of enquiries about Yellow’s products and services.

My Role?

I engaged OnStream Media – a global software company – to provide Yellow’s webinar software. We worked together to create a customised solution to suit Yellow’s specific requirements.

I also helped write, design and coordinate the eDM series, which included invite, confirmation and reminder emails, as well as surveys too.
